The Property:

This property was a 40 unit grade apartment,  built in the 1990’s, that Michelle maltase sold to the owner 7 years previously.   

Opportunities and Challenges:

The seller wanted to exchange out of the property for top market value, but they were planning to exchange into two properties out of state, which added to the time needed to close on the deal.
