Alexan Park Commons

M Maltase Real Estate Group, LLC is pleased to announce the closing of Alexan Park Commons, a 40-unit complex located in Gresham, Oregon. The property sold for $3,350,000, or $83,750 per unit. Michelle Maltase worked hard to help facilitate the seller’s goal of selling the apartment for a market setting price and also complete a 1031 exchange into a new market outside of Oregon.

There were multiple offers on the Alexan, but M Maltase Real Estate Group found the right buyer who saw the value in the property and willing to allow extra time for the seller to find exchange properties. It was a successful transaction for both seller and buyer.
